Welcome to Orphan Aid Malawi
This is a small privately managed table-top charity.
There is no leakage, no rent, no waste, no salaries with zero overheads in the UK.
There are over 1 000 000 orphans in Malawi out of a total population of 13 000 000. Child lead families are a widespread fact of fact life - first your parents die, then your grand parents die - then you are the head of the family - and you are 12, or 10, or younger....
OrphanAidMalawi has simple aims, to help them to:

What We Do
OrphanAidMalawi will assist in pump-priming the transition from aid to trade for Malawians by helping them to survive, learn and earn.
We will work with anyone who can help - volunteers, existing table-top charities, hospitals, schools and businesses.
We will be a link between training and qualified clinicians who are able to donate time in clinics and hospitals in Malawi - please see more under Survive - Medics for Malawi Read On...
